Commitment to the Environment

Being committed to making a difference, we make sure that our business practices are continually evaluated from an environmental perspective, and we put an extra effort in minimizing our ecological footprint.

In the last few years, we have set some on-going goals for our own contribution to a healthy environment:

• Implement a recycling program for HVAC parts and equipment
  
  
• Create a route system to help organize our trucks for less wasteful driving
  
  
• Encourage green office practices to minimize waste, increase recycling, and improve indoor air quality
  
  
• Implement smart, energy-efficient heating and cooling techniques (we are, after all, a furnace company!)

Today, we continue to implement these environmentally-friendly business practices and share our successes through our seasonal newsletter.

Community Involvement

As a part of Calgary’s community, Western Canadian Furnace Company is not only committed to promoting healthy homes and lifestyles, but we also support local, non-profit organizations that address pressing needs and encourage positive initiatives.

Making charitable donations, volunteering our time and promoting events for special causes are our way of giving back to the community we work and live in.
