A Furnace Inspection provides you with the recommended annual assessment of the current status of your home heating equipment, as well as indicates potential HVAC and Air Quality issues that need to be addressed to avoid risk of major problems and expensive repairs.
Furnace Inspection™ Includes:
- Start up and shut down capabilities test
- Proper system operation test
- Electronic analysis of the presence of carbon monoxide and combustible gases (Carbon Monoxide Test)
- Examination of the heat exchanger for cleanness, damage, corrosion, cracks and other defects
- Assessment of main burner and pilot for cleanness, ignition of main burner and safety controls for proper operation and correct setting
- Assessment of operation of blower assembly, adjust as required and inspect blower belt for deterioration
- Inspection of fan, motor, bearing and belt
- Assessment of blower components and burner assembly
- Assessment of ignition assembly
- Volts and amps test
- Pilot light test and safety adjustment
- Evaluation of filtration system
- Assessment and adjustment of fan control as required
- Inspection of chimney and/or venting system
- Inspection of humidifier for proper settings and blockages
- Inspection of Air Damper for proper operation
- Inspection of Purifier for proper operation
- Inspection of dryer vent for cleanness and blockages
- Inspection of Vacu-Flo for cleanness and plug ups
- Home Care Report Card that includes complete evaluation on: Humidity, Moisture, Airflow, CO Levels, Filtration, Ductwork, Fresh Air & Ventilation
