If you still have any reservations towards the cleaning, we will arrange all necessary steps to meet your level of satisfaction.

For Products

All Indoor Air Quality and HVAC products and parts are backed by a one-year manufacturer's warranty. If, at any time during the first year the product proves to be faulty, we will contact the manufacturer on your behalf and arrange for a replacement. For more information, feel free to contact us.

Electrostatic filters have an extended lifetime warranty.

For Installation and Repair

All installations and repairs are completed with the highest level of quality workmanship that is guaranteed by our company. If there are any problems due to our performance, Western Canadian Furnace Company will resolve them at no cost to the customer.
